The Momento Capsule would be one private video from you — up to five minutes — that unlocks for up to ten people you choose, on a day you choose, up to five years from now. A toast that opens on their wedding day. A message that waits for a graduation. Words for a grown-up version of a kid who’s still small. We haven’t built it yet. For $19, fully refundable, you can reserve one and be the reason we do.

Occasions a Momento Capsule would be for
- For the day of the wedding. A video that would wait, sealed, until the morning they say yes.
- For a future birthday. The eighteenth. The thirtieth. The one you want to be part of no matter what.
- For the kid who's still small. Words from the parent you are right now, opened by the adult they'll become.
- For a graduation. Recorded in the middle of the hard part, unlocked at the finish line.
- And for the messages that matter most. Some people want their words to outlast a moment. If that's why you're here, we want to build this carefully enough to deserve it.
How it will work — if we build it
You would record one video. Up to five minutes, from your phone or computer. You'd be able to re-record as many times as you want until you seal it.
You would choose the people and the date. One to ten people, invited by email. Any unlock date you choose, up to five years out.
We would hold it, sealed, until that date. No one — not the recipients, not anyone — would be able to open it early.
On the day, it would unlock. Each person you chose would get a private reveal page with your video. No app to install, no account to create. Just you, arriving right on time.
What we’re really selling you today
Here is the uncomfortable truth most preorder pages bury: this product does not exist. There is no app to download and nothing to record after you pay. We think the Momento Capsule should exist — but we’d rather find out whether you think so before we spend months building it.

$19.00, one time. Not a subscription. Nothing renews, ever. (If sales tax applies to your order, you’ll see the exact total before you’re charged.)
What your $19 would reserve, if we build it
- One private video capsule, up to 5 minutes
- 1 to 10 recipients, invited by email — none of them would need an account
- Any unlock date you choose, up to 5 years out
- A private reveal page, plus the ability for recipients to download your video when it unlocks
- Re-record as many times as you want until you seal it
What it isn’t
No editing service, no physical keepsake, no montage of clips from a group. One video, from you, timed to arrive. That’s the whole product — and the whole point.
Every path leads to either your Capsule or your $19 back. If we don’t build it, don’t decide on time, or miss our availability date — you’re refunded automatically, in full, without asking.
Read this before you pay
MomentoSync video time capsules do not exist yet. We have not built this product. You are not buying access to something you can use today, and there is nothing to record or upload after you pay.
What you are buying. One Momento Capsule — a single private video (up to 5 minutes) that you record and schedule to unlock for 1 to 10 people you choose, on a future date you choose, on a reveal page they can open without creating an account. One-time charge of $19. This is not a subscription and it will not renew.
We may never build it. We are running this preorder to find out whether enough people want it. If we decide not to build it, you get all of your money back automatically — you will not have to ask.
When you will know. We will email you our build decision by 2026-09-30 PST. If the answer is no, or if we have not emailed you a decision by that date, your full $19 is automatically refunded to your original payment method within 7 days. You do not need to contact us.
When you would be able to record. If we do build it, your capsule will be ready for you to record and schedule no later than 2026-11-30 PST. If we miss that date, your full $19 is automatically refunded within 7 days, unless you email us and tell us you would rather keep waiting.
Cancel any time, for any reason. Until the moment your capsule is ready for you to record, you can cancel and get a full refund, no questions asked, by emailing hello@momentosync.com. It costs you nothing to cancel and we will process the refund within 7 days. We do not charge a cancellation fee and no part of this purchase is non-refundable.
How long we keep your capsule. If we build it, you will be able to schedule an unlock date up to 5 years out. MomentoSync is an early product from a small company. If we ever have to shut the service down, we will email you at least 60 days beforehand and give you a way to download your video, and if your capsule has not yet unlocked, we will refund you.

These preorder terms are in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Where the Terms of Service and these preorder terms disagree, these preorder terms control. The "Paid plans" section of our Terms of Service describes subscriptions and does not apply to this purchase — your $19 is a single charge.

- What if you never build it?
- Then you get all of your money back, automatically. If we decide not to build the Momento Capsule — or if we simply haven't emailed you a decision by 2026-09-30 PST — your full $19 goes back to your original payment method within 7 days. You will never have to ask, chase, or fill out a form. Silence from us triggers the refund too.
- Is this a subscription?
- No. $19 is a one-time charge. There is nothing on this page that renews, and we will not auto-enroll you in anything. If we build the product and later offer other things, we'd ask you first, like a normal company.
- Who are you?
- MomentoSync is made by Edukas Solutions LLC, a small California company — [COMPLETE STREET ADDRESS], California, USA. You can reach a human at hello@momentosync.com, and we answer. If you’d like this seller information and our refund policy sent to your email, ask and we’ll send it within 5 days.
- When would I actually record my video?
- If we decide to build (we'll email our decision by 2026-09-30 PST), your capsule would be ready for you to record no later than 2026-11-30 PST. If we miss that date, you're automatically refunded in full within 7 days — unless you email us that you'd rather keep waiting.
- Would the people I choose need an app or an account?
- No — that's a core part of the design. If we build it, each recipient would get a private link that opens in any browser on the unlock date. Nothing to install, nothing to sign up for.
- What happens to my video years from now?
- An honest answer, because this deserves one: we're a small, young company, and we won't pretend otherwise. If we build the Capsule and ever had to shut the service down, we would email you at least 60 days beforehand, give you a way to download your video, and refund you if your capsule hadn't yet unlocked. We're asking you to trust a plan, not a promise of forever — and we've put the plan in writing above.
- Can I buy this outside the United States?
- Not yet. This preorder is open to US buyers only. If we build the product, we'd love to bring it further — but we're not going to take your money under terms our own lawyers haven't reviewed for your country.
