Effective March 10, 2026. These terms govern access to MomentoSync, subscription use, moderation, and business workflows.
You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and use the service only if you are legally able to accept these terms.
You retain ownership of your media and text, but you grant MomentoSync a limited license to host, process, moderate, and display it within the service.
We may restrict, remove, or review content and accounts that violate platform rules, privacy expectations, or legal obligations.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Plan limits, billing status, and downgrade behavior are described in the product and pricing surfaces.
The service is provided on an as-available basis. We will act in good faith to maintain uptime, security, and support, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
